Following that she joined Spectrum Communications (now Jack Morton) and stayed for ten years. Initially involved in production of The Conference Blue & Green Books, and later as Head of Logistics she worked on conference and event organisation all over the World. Towards the end of her time at Spectrum she specialised in consultancy services for conference facility development, within the division, which later became The Right Solution.
